We used Big Steel box for our move and it all went very smoothly. I liked having the container a month early so I could pack up stuff we didn’t need and move it out of the house. It definitely felt less overwhelming then having tons of boxes around and doing all the moving in one day. Once the container was at our new house we rented it for six months so I could unpack it over time. Service was great. 😊
Bought a great container after getting lots of help from Shannon. We went outside and also was helped a great deal by forklift lot worker (didn’t get his name). My wife and I completed a move from "the Coast" (Lower Mainland -BC) to Kamloops. Overall we had a stress free experience. There were no problems with what was scheduled in terms of the delivery and pickup of the 20 foot container from both locations. Everything went very smoothly. We highly recommend Big Steel Box if anyone is considering a move.
